Dr. Morgan was born and raised in Cumberland, Maryland. She resides in Annapolis, Maryland. She leads a very active lifestyle and loves spending time outdoors. Her favorite activities include golf, tennis, snow and water skiing, and travel. She also loves spending time with her three children.
